Movie Recap Studio is a production tool. It is not a license to copy, download, stream, distribute or publish copyrighted movies, television episodes, music, captions or artwork.

Before starting a project, confirm that you own the source or have the license, permission or other lawful basis required for your intended processing and publication.
Fair use and fair dealing
Copyright exceptions vary by jurisdiction and depend on the facts of each use. A recap, commentary or transformative video is not automatically protected. You should obtain appropriate legal advice when the rights position is uncertain.
Third-party integrations
MovieBox, TMDB, AI providers, voice providers, storage providers and other integrations may have their own terms and restrictions. Connecting a service does not transfer ownership of its content or waive its rules.

If you believe content operated through a Movie Recap Studio deployment infringes your rights, contact the operator using the published support channel. Include enough information to identify the protected work, the material at issue and how you can be contacted.
Counter-notices and disputes
Any formal counter-notice or dispute process will depend on the operator, jurisdiction and applicable law. Do not submit confidential information that is not necessary to identify the claim.
